Be a Zookeeper!: Do you love animals? Have you ever dreamed of being a zookeeper? Come out and experience it firsthand! You will start the day with a keeper in either the Reptile (snakes and turtles) or Large Hoofstock (rhinos and giraffes) area of the Peoria Zoo, and help take care of the animals throughout the morning. Keepers for a day receive a picture & certificate to remember their experience.

Be a Wildlife Biologist!: If you love spending time in the great outdoors and have a passion for plants and animals, then a career as a Wildlife Biologist is for you! Join a Forest Park Wildlife Biologist and learn more about caring for animals, leading nature hikes, and restoring the ecosystem. You will get to try tools of the trade such as prescribed firefighter gear, binoculars, and scientific equipment.

Be a Crane Operator!: Lift things high in the air and learn how to operate a crane with Mark Gingerich from Gingerich Crane. Winner will visit Gingerich Crane’s facility in Morton, IL and will learn what a day as crane operator is like.  You will get to operate a crane and lift an actual load to experience firsthand what a crane operator does!

Be a Luxury Car Technician!: Do you love cars? So do we at Bob Lindsay Acura! Join Master Technicians, Darin Kronner and Mark Fjelstead, while they work on an engine of a luxury car. You can also get the chance to learn, touch, and see the inner workings of an actual luxury sports car, the NSX! And Bob Lindsey Acura will make sure you dress the part, with a customized shirt and hat to help you look professional!
