Before opening Hearth Restaurant in 2013, Hugh Higgins previous career was focused in wine and spirits with 24 years in the wholesale industry and another 8 years as the downstate manager for Pernod Ricard. Hugh was fortunate enough to travel the whiskey trail through Tennessee and Kentucky...and was also privileged to enjoy educational experiences at distilleries in Scotland and Ireland.
At Hearth restaurant, his back bar offers a curated list with over 240 whiskey selections from around the world and their whiskey flight program allows customers to sample and learn on a daily basis.
