Volunteers are needed for the event of the year!

We are thrilled you are considering volunteering for Hopscotch! Please sign up for one or more of the following sessions. If you have any questions, please contact Kate Carroll at kate.carroll@unitypoint.org or call / text her at 309-635-1071:

1. 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
2. 5:30 p.m.-7:40 p.m.
3. 7:20 p.m.-9:30 p.m.
4. 8:30 p.m.-10:00 p.m.

We have the following types of volunteer opportunities available. Please list your time and role preference in the comments section below. Roles may change depending on availability.

1. Set-Up: Help prep for the party!
2. Greeter: Welcome and greet guests as they come in.
3. Coat Check: Take coats and keep them organized.
4. Raffle and Silent Auction: Sell raffle tickets and man the silent auction table.
5. Food Stations: The ultimate challenge. Man the food stations without eating all the food.
6. VIP Experience: Bus some tables and greet all our VIP guests.
7. Game Time: Make sure no one cheats at Dino Dig, Ring Toss, or Beer Goggle Basketball.
8. Clean-Up: With every great party comes an even greater clean-up crew.
